Welcome to the Homepage of the Southampton Model Railway Society (SMRS). Here you can find our about us, what we do as a Society and the layouts we make. We have members of various skillsets and backgrounds – but we are united in our passion for Model Railways.
SMRS News
The SMRS Exhibition Committee have been working hard to bring you another amazing selection of quality layouts from around the country in a variety of scales and gauges.
Together with a wide range of traders some new and some regulars, so you can be sure of getting those hard to find accessories
.
This year we will have a test track, in ’00’, ‘EM’, ‘TT’, N gauge, 2mm fine scale and Z gauge, where you will be able to test locos and our experienced members will be on hand to give advice.
As usual for our younger visitors there will be LEGO trains and a large table of DUPLO so as they can build their own layout
